Noorain Mart provides delivery services across Bangladesh, subject to applicable courier coverage and operational availability.
Our aim is to deliver customer orders safely and conveniently.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Our standard delivery charges are:
Inside Dhaka
৳70
Outside Dhaka
৳120
The applicable delivery charge will be determined according to the customer’s delivery location.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Inside Dhaka
Usually within 1–3 days
Outside Dhaka
Usually within 1–4 days
These are estimated delivery periods rather than an absolute guarantee.
ORDER PROCESS
An order may pass through the following stages:
Order Received → Order Verification → Processing → Packaging → Courier Handover → Delivery
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must provide accurate information including:
- Full Name
- Active Phone Number
- Complete Delivery Address
- Area/Thana
- District
- Relevant delivery instructions where necessary
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.
POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier operational delays
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Transportation disruptions
- Remote delivery locations
- High order volume
- Natural events
- Other circumstances outside Noorain Mart’s reasonable control
RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT
Customers are encouraged to check their delivered order promptly.
If you discover an eligible manufacturing defect or product-related problem, please contact Noorain Mart within 7 days of receiving the product.
EXCHANGE DELIVERY CHARGE
If an exchange claim is approved, the customer is responsible for the applicable delivery/courier charge associated with the exchange.
There is no additional product cost or hidden exchange fee for the approved replacement product.
