When making an applicable payment to Noorain Mart:

PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
A successful payment transaction does not necessarily mean that every stage of an order has been completed.
An order may still require applicable verification, stock confirmation and processing by Noorain Mart.
EXCHANGE AND PAYMENT
If a product develops an eligible manufacturing defect or has another verified eligible product problem, the customer may submit an exchange claim within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the exchange is approved:
The customer does not have to pay the product price again.
No hidden exchange/service fee is charged by Noorain Mart for the approved replacement.
The customer will bear the applicable delivery/courier charge associated with the exchange.
The eligible replacement will then be arranged according to Noorain Mart’s Return & Exchange Policy.
REFUND POSITION
For eligible defective-product claims under Noorain Mart’s standard policy, our normal remedy is replacement/exchange rather than cash refund, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
